 A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required per treatment. In the unfortunate event of you having to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be kept towards future treatments, provided you cancelled 48 hours prior to your appointment.  

For promotional offers including a touch-up, if cancelled after 48 hours you will have to pay an additional $50 to re-book.

Touch-up appointments must be booked 6 - 12 weeks after the initial appointment. We suggest you book this as soon as possible. If you cancel (later than 48 hours prior to your appointment), miss or do not book within that time frame,  your complimentary appointment will be void.

We cannot guarantee successful results on 100% of our clients as the outcome depends on many factors such as age, skin quality, how well the aftercare instructions are followed, and medical conditions.
